This update focuses on product development decision-making. The latest release includes new features and capabilities that broaden, strengthen, and specialize Altair’s comprehensive simulation toolkit:

  • Inspire Fluids: You can now set up and run a computational fluid dynamics simulation in inspire.
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP3 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.4/Oracle Linux 8.4 or newer

• Inspire Structures
  
  • New Geometry Tools: Loft, Multi Sweep, and Blend, Helix and Face Curves
• Inspire Motion
  
  • Profile Orchestrator: Simultaneously view, construct, and edit time based input curve profiles for motors and actuators in one environment.
  • Run History: Assign a Name and Description to an analysis and load previous runs into the Plot Manager.
  • Contact Mesh Preview: View and modify the skin mesh resolution for parts defined in motion contacts.
  • Bushings: Linear orthotropic and isotropic bushings are now available in a motion analysis. Define stiffness, damping and preload.
