Trimble releases SketchUp 2023
Trimble has officially launched SketchUp 2023. SketchUp 2023 introduces major updates to Studio and concrete enhancements to the key modelling and documentation tools of SketchUp for Desktop and LayOut:
- Flip Tool
Flip transformations will no longer be guesswork in 2023. With the new Flip Tool, the result of the flip transformation can be visualized in advance, saving you precious time with predictable modifications.
- DWG-file as a reference file in LayOut
In LayOut, you can now also use a DWG file as a reference file. Receive notifications when a file is outdated or changed and update or relink it using the File Reference Manager. All style changes, such as line thicknesses, scale and viewport positions, are retained!
- Revit Importer in SketchUp Studio
Convert Revit models seamlessly into SketchUp files for improved collaboration between project phases and different design teams. Revit families and layers are hereby translated into groups, components and tags in SketchUp. This saves you hours of cleaning up models.
