Promotion ended July 1, 2015!
On June 1, 2015, SketchUp Pro 8 and SketchUp Pro 2013 will no longer be able to access several web-features including 3D Warehouse and Add Location. Especially for the users of SketchUp Pro 8 (SketchUp Pro 2013 had an auto-upgrade to v2014) there will be a special promotion where the Reinstatement Fee will be waved with the purchase of maintenance for SketchUp Pro 2015.
Which functions won't work anymore?
On June 1, 2015, the following functions will no longer load in SketchUp Pro 8 and 2013:
- 3D Warehouse: 'Get Models', 'Share Models' and the 'Components' browser;
- Add Location: adding a geo-location to a SketchUp model;
- Photo Textures: add textures via 'Window' > 'Photo Texture' or by right-clicking and selecting 'Add Photo Texture';
- Generate Report: generating reports through 'File' > 'Generate Report...' is not possible anymore;
- Claim Credit: Claiming credit via 'Window' > 'Model Info' > 'Credits' >'Claim Credit' no longer possible;
- Status Bar: the login status in the left lower corner will say 'Service is not available. Try again later.'
