On the website of Noordbrabants Museum, visitors can take a virtual 3D tour through the museum and view a large selection of works of art on Google Earth! The exterior as well as the interior of the existing museum and the new-to-build buildings are visualized in 3D by Design8 bv. Many rooms are filled with a large collection of works of art, that can actually be found there. Three rooms of the museum are even visualized in detail.

The idea of a virtual 3D tour started with a coming renovation and extension. In the period that the museum is closed, visitors can continue to visit the museum (virtually) and look at the selection of works of art via Google Earth. They can also see directly what results the new-to-build will bring.

The website of the museum contains a 3D Google Earth window, which zooms in to the centre of 's Hertogenbosch. Around this 3D Google Earth window, there are several navigation buttons, which the visitors can use to fly into the room of their choice! This window also contains a virtual 3D tour, which visitors can pause to explore the room on their own.
